The results are in, and Colin Doty has claimed his first Oscar Pool crown! Joe Marlovits and Jerry Bianco, strong in the past, round out the top three. This year certainly seemed harder to call, and though the winning score was the same as last year's, the scores dropped off a little more quickly after that. Of particular note was both our very first unanimous category, as everyone picked Amelie for Foreign Film, but also our first unanimous miss for the very same. The next largest surprise was definintely Jim Broadbent for Supporting Actor, as only Jerry Bianco and Brian Omura made that call. The least surprising was Shrek for Animated Feature which everybody goe except... *ahem*... Steve Silver. At any rate, thanks to everyone for joining us, and we'll catch you again next year!
